开机首次运行者关闭进程重新打开启动器时，帧率会被限制在低帧率运行 #325

系统WIN11 22H2，屏幕144HZ刷新率，显卡4070，开机首次启动或者关闭进程重新打开后都需要呼出首选项的窗口之后，启动器才会恢复到高帧率运行。否则像是被默认锁在了60帧或者是30帧的感觉，下拉菜单的动画看着不流畅。在系统和显卡控制面板里单独对软件进行调整也还是没有任何效果，救救救！！！
