在网页挂件链接指向本地图片时右键并点击打开外部浏览器会导致SAO-Utils2卡死并直接闪退

启用 首选项-开发者模式-实时日志文件 重启程序后，重复复现操作，崩溃后把 SAO Utils 2/Dumps/SAO Utils.EXE/debug.log 发上来看看。

直接对着新建立的桌面网页挂件，右键，打开外部浏览器，即可复现（会打开图标文件，程序闪退）
