I just instaled SAO UTils 2 and noted down my first impressions on the normal usage and the issues that occurred.
When I started SAO Utils 2: Progressive my Avast took a long time scanning the .exe files and it showed the startup animation like 5 times before it runs properly.
The mailbox came in blank, not with my old information and all the options were in chinese. Easily changed to EN.
When I hover the mouse on the launcher options, the options were glitching in the background, but working normally.
Avast kept scanning "SAO Utils.exe" as suspect file.
The "message" icon on launcher opens with no subitem (before I set the Email).
When I opened the Web Widget in 'external browser' it closed the application.
The temperature and forecast is working properly (Brasil).
Eveytime I open it it shows an box with "Intel Integrated Graphics detected. NervGear might NOT work properly on these GPUs. Please, apply High Performance GPU to SAO Utils.EXE in graphic driver settings."
Opening the web browser freeze the browser itself.
When I hover "web widget" (orange one) and "video widget" (red one) it shows a almost transparent box in the corner and it made my PC stops for a while.
When I click-right on the orange widget, it doesn't show the options straight, it asks if I want to see the "widget options", THEN I can change it settings.
Actually the "options" in right click mouse stopped working after the web browser opening. And when I called the menu launcher again, the browser showed in the same state and still frozen.
I needed to close the App in the taskbar and the dialog didn't showed up.
About the widget video it works fine
And the orange widget also, both opened the same video when selected and the orange one, it showed the Google web page when I set it.
I was able to change the "Message" menu in launcher manually, option by option.
And the Email sending window do not expand with the text or break it to another line, nor able to scroll down and see a long long text.
This is just to let the developers know.
Feel free to close this anytime :) I loved all the new changes and it's working a loooot better, the way I expected since the first time I installed that (Back in 2014? LOL).

most of your question is because you use the Intel Integrated Graphics ,and because the intel didnt fix their graphics driver to more support OpenGL。Developers are also devastated by this thing, is it possible to use the discrete graphics (like nvidia or amd) driver SAOUtils2 until Intel fixes their drivers,just like this

Even after I installed the OpenGL 2.0 it continues to not work properly over some actions. With Open GL 3.3 in the local directory, the Web Browser Widget behaved better, but still not accepting my Google Account and the responses are slow.
But, with 3.3, the Launcher doesn't show up, tho.
I uninstalled it and I'll wait for some official corrections. Saddly :(

I don't think Intel will fix the OpenGL driver issues, since this bug has been last for at least 10 years.
So, sadly, SAO Utils 2 just can't run on a PC without NVIDIA or AMD graphics card :(
