【复现步骤/现象】
1、在 SAO Utils 已经运行的情况下，到 win64 目录下，双击 SAO Utils.exe
2、此时桌面无法操作，疑似一层透明窗口挡在最前面
【复现概率】
100%
【操作系统】
Windows 11 专业版
【配置】
i7-8700K 32GB
RTX3070（双显示器上下屏，下屏为主屏）
GTX1080（未接入显示器）
