使用笔记本外接显示器时重启电脑后会发生小组件错位及小组件和启动器比例失调现象
这个现象需要把外接的显示器作为主屏幕才会出现，并且一定出现. 把笔记本屏幕作为主屏幕则不会出现这个问题.
